RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS

If you are not satisfied with the fit of your new shoes or other footcare item, we'll gladly exchange them for a different size or width. Simply return the shoes and/or footcare item in the original box and tell us the desired size and width for the replacement pair. Shoes and other footcare items in new condition may be returned for credit or exchange within 15 days of purchase. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Refunds will be given in full for returned merchandise, minus a 25% restocking fee and shipping costs.

Worn shoes or other footcare items can be returned only if there is a problem due to a manufacturing defect.  Adult shoes are guaranteed to be free of defects for a period of 90 days from date of purchase.
