How it works.

Step 1
Sit in a chair and place the open foam impression kit on the floor in front of you.
Step 2
With one foot at a time, press about two inches into the foam, applying equal pressure with heel and ball, keeping your leg straight, and avoiding bottom contact or toe grip—then lift and check that the impression is clear and accurate.
Step 3
Close and seal the box with wide tape, then mail it using the enclosed prepaid card.
