How do I scan my feet correctly?
Follow the in-app guide: place your phone on the floor, hold your foot about 6-12 inches above the camera, and align it within the outline. The scan takes just a few seconds and will turn green when complete.
What if my scan doesn’t work or says “re-scan”?
No problem. Simply follow the prompts and try again. Make sure your foot is fully visible, centered in the outline, and held steady during the scan.
Do I need any special equipment to scan my feet?
No. All you need is your smartphone. The app uses your phone’s front-facing camera to capture an accurate 3D scan.
How long does it take to complete the scan?
Each foot takes about 3–5 seconds to scan. The full process typically takes just a few minutes from start to finish.
What happens after I submit my scans?
Once both scans are complete, they are securely uploaded to our team. We use your data to craft your custom orthotics and ship them directly to your door.
